On August 15, 2023, NOAA Fisheries announced the availability of $240 million in IRA section 40001 and BIL funding. NOAA will seek project proposals for habitat restoration of marine, estuarine, coastal, or Great Lakes ecosystems and encourages applications from tribes or underserved communities. Applications are due by November 17, 2023.
