On September 22, 2023, USDA extended the deadline for applications to the Discrimination Financial Assistance Program from October 31, 2023, to January 13, 2024. In addition to the application deadline change, the deadline to request records from USDA’s Farm Service Agency for use in applications was extended to Friday, November 3, 2023. Section 22007 of the IRA provides the funding and requirements for this assistance.
