On July 9th, 2024, the Department of the Interior announced the availability of $120 million in funding to help Tribal communities plan for severe climate-related threats as part of a $560 million investment in Tribal climate resilience programs through the BIL, IRA section 80001, and annual appropriations. Through this funding, Tribes can apply for grants in planning and implementation categories through October 18th, 2024.
