GSA Announces Nearly $116 Million for Sustainable Construction of New Cybersecurity Headquarters

On August 16, 2024, GSA and DHS announced the selection of Clark Construction to provide general construction for the new Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Headquarters at the St. Elizabeths West Campus in Washington, D.C. The $524 million investment includes $115,880,000 from the IRA. $80 million will go to low-embodied carbon construction materials including asphalt, concrete, glass and steel, and $35 million will aid in meeting high-performance green building standards.
