GSA Announces Over $24 Million for Sustainable Improvements to U.S. Courthouse in Montana

On June 4, 2024, GSA announced over $24 million for improvements to the Mike Mansfield Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in Butte, Montana. $8 million will fund the use of low embodied carbon (LEC) materials like concrete, glass, and steel while $16 million will fund emerging and sustainable technologies like geothermal or air-source heat pumps.
