Type: Implementation of IRA
On July 26th, 2024, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Agency (NOAA) recommended $575 million in funding for 19 projects to increase coastal climate resilience. This funding was made available through IRA section 40001, which provided funding for the Climate Resilience Regional Challenge.
