On September 15, 2023, NOAA announced the North Pacific Fishery Management Council and its advisory committees will meet October 2 – October 10, 2023 to discuss many issues. The agenda for the Council’s Scientific and Statistical Committee includes “administrative issues including Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) funding proposal.” Public comment letters may be submitted electronically from September 8 to September 29, 2023 at 12pm Alaska time.
