Type: Implementation of IRA
On November 1, 2023 Treasury and IRS opened a registration portal allowing vehicle dealers to register to receive direct payments of the IRC section 30D New Clean Vehicle tax credit and section 25E Previously-Owned Clean Vehicle credit, created by IRA sections 13401 and 13402.
