Treasury Provides Guidance on 45Z Clean Fuel Production Credit

On May 31, 2024, Treasury and IRS issued guidance on the IRC section 45Z Clean Transportation Fuel Production Credit created by IRA section 13704. The notice includes registration requirements for both sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and non-SAF production starting January 1, 2025.
