Type: Implementation of IRA
On December 15, 2022, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) held an “Interagency Tribal Consultation” on the IRA. At the consultation, Tribal leaders were invited to provide input on the use of funding provided under the IRA for renewable electric infrastructure development in Tribal communities.
