GSA Announces $11.3 Million Contract for Sustainable Improvements to U.S. Courthouse in North Carolina

On November 12, 2024, GSA announced that it had awarded a $11.3 million contract to PCI Support Services, a tribal-owned firm based in Alabama, for a repair project to the Terry Sanford Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in Raleigh, North Carolina. The contract is funded by IRA section 60503, which appropriated funds to GSA to support the use of low-carbon building materials in federal facilities. The project will replace outdated windows with energy efficient windows and doors using low-embodied carbon glass.
