On October 2, 2024, GSA announced that it had awarded two contracts to OCS Construction Services, a California-based firm, for paving projects at federal facilities using low-embodied carbon asphalt and concrete. The first contract is $1,542,187 for the Tucson Border Patrol Headquarters project and the second contract is $2,899,180 for the Andrade Land Port of Entry project.
