On January 14, 2024, GSA announced a $210 million contract award to CEG Solutions to implement energy and water upgrades in multiple federal facilities in the Washington, D.C. region. These buildings include the Markey National Courts Building, Dolley Madison House, Cosmos Club, Tayloe House, the National Building Museum, Sidney Yates Federal Building, Lyndon B Johnson Federal Building, Mary E.
