Section 50264 of the IRA requires DOI to conduct the oil and gas lease sales specified in the 2017-2022 Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Leasing Proposed Final Program in accordance with Trump-era NEPA reviews and decisions. Specifically, DOI must accept the highest valid bid for lease sale 257 held on November 17, 2021, as well as hold lease sales 258, 259, and 261.
